Khey is aptly named as she is the cornerstone of our non-Davenport breeding program. She is 1/4 Davenport and almost 3/4 Babson with a bit of other old Egyptian thrown in for good measure. She's been with us since she was five and she sure has taught us a lot about horses and mares in particular. She's very chatty and will call to you when you open the door in the morning. Food is awesome but she's not much interested in being caught or touched. So we've worked out agreements in the past. In her "old age," she has mellowed and relaxed her rules some about when and when and even who can touch her. We'd like to have a baby from her by Serr Serrabar. Now if the economy would just cooperate!
